Based on the customer’s request, Electro-Parts can provide initial simulations (ANSYS FEM), CAD design, from prototyping to mass production.
The Electronic Department leads the development of electronic boards to drive DC and BLDC motors.
The products will interface Customers’ drivers and control units.
Following the customer specific requests the team is involved in the design of validation and testing equipment, EOL testing.

Testing activities are performed on prototypes, pre-series samples, and serial production units according to customer specifications. These capabilities allow us to shorten development cycles and fully support PPAP and serial production.
Particular attention is dedicated to acoustic and NVH performance, especially in applications where noise is a critical parameter. We invest significant engineering resources in the analysis, measurement, and optimization of motor acoustics. In electric vehicles, where auxiliary components are highly perceptible, acoustic performance becomes a key quality factor. For this reason, we conduct detailed testing and fine-tuning activities to ensure optimal noise behavior under real operating conditions.
Our validation process may also include system-level testing to assess motor integration within the final application and verify overall acoustic performance.

Electro-Parts operates an internal injection molding department supporting the production of critical plastic components for electric motors and gearmotors.
We are continuously investing in automation to increase efficiency and process stability.
Our production is supported by highly automated manufacturing lines designed to ensure efficiency, consistent quality, and full component traceability.
For brushed motors, we operate fully automated rotor manufacturing lines combined with palletized assembly systems, enabling high productivity and reliable process control.
For brushless motors, a dedicated production area integrates rotor and stator manufacturing with semi-automated assembly systems and palletized automation solutions.
This production line has been fully designed and built in-house, providing maximum flexibility and complete control over the production process.
The Quality Department is equipped with advanced inspection and testing systems to ensure dimensional accuracy, product conformity, and process control.
Two automated coordinate measuring machines (CMM) enable high-precision dimensional and geometric inspection of components.
Measurements are compared with technical drawings and specifications to verify compliance and ensure product accuracy. In addition to conformity checks, dimensional data is analyzed to evaluate the influence of process parameters on product performance, supporting continuous improvement in both product and manufacturing development.
